When installing these packages all needed packages will be installed by dependency.
If you no longer wish to run freshclam, deleting the file will suppress this error message.

OK, so it seems to be telling us how to fix it: "Comment or remove the line below." That must be referring to the line that just says "Example" so let's delete that line and save the file.
To get Clam AV on Cent OS installed, we have to use the EPEL repository (Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux).
